We do not offer refunds on any orders, once placed and confirmed. All sales are final.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. In such cases, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• The item received has a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
• The order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the courier.
